Walker Sandlin brings a rich history of expertise garnered from both the investment and corporate worlds. He began his investment industry career in the early 1980s, assembling oil and gas partnerships for marketers, leaseholders, and private investors. After several years of owning and managing the Spokane, Washington office of Edward Jones, Walker spent over six years at Charles Schwab & Co., rising to the position of Vice-President.

Upon leaving Charles Schwab, Walker joined the team at Strategic Capital Group, a Gig Harbor, Washington based wealth advisory firm specializing in portfolio management for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and foundations. He was instrumental in helping Strategic Capital with the process of designing and implementing sophisticated client portfolios as well as managing complex client relationships.

Walker co-founded Stonebridge Capital Management in 2008, intent on leveraging his vast industry knowledge to design and manage unique, customized, multi-dimensional portfolios for a range of clients.

Walker holds an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma City University as well as a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University. His personal interests include alpine and nordic skiing, cycling, golf and cooking. Walker currently resides in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

Brian Hogan has over 25 years of investment industry experience in the areas of portfolio construction and management, investment banking, and risk assessment. Prior to co-founding Stonebridge Capital Management, he spent 9 years with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., most recently serving as Vice-President within the Schwab Private Client Group.

Brian began his investment industry career by working for two iconic San Francisco-based investment banking firms: Hambrecht & Quist, LLC, and Montgomery Securities. In his role as a sales analyst within the Corporate Services and Private Client Departments, he administered stock option and stock purchase plans for several publicly traded companies, including Yahoo! and Real Networks. Additionally, he assisted a group of institutional advisors in the management of directed share programs for initial public offerings (IPOs), as well as in venture capital fund allocations and distributions.

Brian started his working career in the import/export field as marketing manager for Encantado Mezcal de Oaxaca, a premium Mexican spirits import venture founded by the ownership group of Stags Leap Winery, a renowned Napa Valley Winemaker.

Brian holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is an avid cyclist and skier, and enjoys traveling abroad. Brian currently resides in Marin County, California.
